PRSA
Executive Creative Technology Director at Crispin Porter + Bogusy will present on the future of communication with virtual reality and augmented reality. The event will be held at the PPA Event Center October 10 from 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Tickets range from $35 for members to $60 for nonmembers.
PRSA is also holding an influencer mixer with local media and influencers at Denver Press Club October 24 from 5 – 7 p.m. Prices range from $15 for members and students to $40 for nonmembers.
AMA
The American Marketing Association Colorado Chapter is also hosting two events. AMA’s monthly industry mixer will be held at Red Door Interactive, one of California and Colorado’s fastest growing full-service agencies, October 11 from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. The event will be held at their office.
The marketing association has been hosting a monthly designer speaker series, Right Brain Fusion, which focuses on visionaries from UX design, graphic design, advertising, etc. This month will feature an “interactive game night that brings together typographic artisans.” Learn to convey personality in your business through stylistic text treatment. Speakers will share techniques they use to translate persona to type. The discussion will also explore how artists attract different audiences through hand lettering, screen printing and graphic design. Tickets are $15 for AMA members and $20 for nonmembers. The event will be held October 26 at Ink Lounge from 6 – 8 p.m.
Denver Press Club
Colorado’s biggest private investigator team Ross Investigators will teach what goes into their content writing, partnership curation and online social media engagement October 4 from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. at the Denver Press Club. The presenter is Susanna Speier, who performs those tasks for the company via The Denver Private Investigator Blog: Mile Hi PI. The blog was recently ranked 4th in the country by PI Now. The event is opened to Denver Press Club Members, members of the Colorado legal community and members of the Professional Private Investigators of Colorado.
