MYPR Wins Public Relations; Business Awards

This spring, Malen Yantis Public Relations continued to rack up awards and accolades for its work on behalf of its travel and tourism clients. From the Colorado Chapter of the Public Relations SoIMG_9230ciety of America to the Vail Valley Partnership, various regional organizations recognized the agency for its exceptional work.

The Colorado Chapter of PRSA recently held its Gold Pick awards  ceremony that honors the best of the best work produced by Colorado-based agencies in 2015. This year, Malen Yantis Public Relations took home two awards for its work on the 2015 Alpine World Ski Championships.

MYPR was presented with the Gold Pick award for a campaign supporting an event lasting longer than seven days. The agency worked in conjunction with a number of partners to execute the pr effort that supported the 2015 AWSC including client Vail Valley Foundation and partners Vail Mountain, Beaver Creek Resort and Town of Vail. MYPR also was honored with the “Small Practice Award” for its work on the 2015 AWSC.

The Vail Valley Partnership, the local convention and visitors bureau that serves the Vail Valley, recently held it annual Success Awards recognizing the best individuals, companies and partners that collectively move the community forward. MYPR was a finalist for “Small Business of the Year” in 2016 and agency Principal Kristin Yantis was a finalizst for “Tourism Professional of the Year.”

“It’s an honor to be recognized among the best of the best throughout Colorado and , specifically, in the Vail Valley,” said Yantis. “We work very hard to be active members of our professional organizations and the communities in which we operate. We are so thankful to be recognized for our hard work.”
